Make the most of your time in Taylor in our stylish, freshly renovated private duplex unit, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, steps from shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and the public library. It's a great choice for a family getaway, a weekend with friends, or a work trip to the nearby Samsung factory.
Located in the heart of town and just one block from Old Taylor High (a renovated 1920s school building, now home to a brew pub, craft bar, arcade, boutique shopping, dining, and more), Peppercorn Blue is about as 'Old Taylor' as you can get!
Each of the two bedrooms has a comfy queen bed, and we can provide an air mattress upon request for an additional guest. Both bedrooms are equipped with 55" Roku TVs.
The first bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower, and the second is attached to one of the bedrooms. Cook in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, enjoy a meal in the dining area, and relax in the beautifully furnished living room or on the patio in the private backyard.
Enjoy local channels or your favorite streaming services on the 55" Roku TV, or get a little work done on the fast WiFi connection.
Our personal touch is what sets our rentals apart. Our all-local team creates places we'd be happy to stay in ourselves. There's no substitute for a top-rated, nearby host to ensure quality, promptly answer questions, and help with area advice and recommendations.
You'll have access to the entire duplex unit, its dedicated driveway, and its private backyard.
(The other duplex unit, Peppercorn Yellow, is available as a separate rental - just ask if you'd like to reserve both!)
You'll receive a keypad code shortly before your arrival date, so you can self-check-in at your convenience.

For our business travelers, you can get to Samsung in under 10 minutes.
From Peppercorn Blue, you can easily walk to the Old Taylor High shopping/dining destination, local parks, and Taylor's historic downtown.
The Williamson County Convention Center and the Samsung Semiconductor facility are both less than 10 minutes away by vehicle.
Much of Austin (downtown, Barton Springs, etc.) is a 30-45 minute drive away.

Minutes northeast of Austin, Taylor is a small town with a big heart! Enjoy our brew pubs, barbecue, antiquing, historic downtown,and frequent events.
Our vacation rental homes are great for a weekend getaway, or a weeklong business trip with colleagues or crew working on the nearby Samsung project (just 3 miles away!), or a relaxing home base for major Austin events like SXSW, Austin City Limits Music Festival, or Formula 1.
